This rich gluten-free ooey gooey dark chocolate dessert comes out of the oven like an upside down hot fudge brownie sundae ready for ice cream or whipped topping - or both! You'll forget it's gluten-free while melting into a chocolate lovers paradise.

Also available in original or sugar-free options to serve up Desserts for Every Body. 

The dry mix includes 2 pouches of dry mix for you to quickly bake at home. Easy instructions included and below. You'll need:

  • 1/3 cup butter or diary-free substitute
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free substitute
  • 1 1/4 cups hot water

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Packet 1

In a large mixing bowl, mix Packet 1, 1/3 cup softened butter (or substitute), and 1/2 cup milk (or substitute) until well blended.

Pour batter into a 8” x 8” baking dish.

Packet 2

Sprinkle Packet 2 evenly over the top of the batter. DO NOT STIR.

Heat 1 1/4 cups water in the microwave until almost boiling. Pour gently over the top of the dish. DO NOT STIR.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25-35 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes before serving. Best when served hot. Leftovers can be microwaved.

Top with ice cream, whipped topping, or dairy-free substitute if desired.
